Rolls Royce PB-Chocolate Chip Cookies

Rolls Royce PB-Chocolate Chip Cookies

Okay, you are probably thinking what in the world. Who came up with that name for these cookies? Well who else besides Snoop Dogg! For Christmas last year I got my mom Snoop Dogg's cookbook "From Crook to Cook". She is a fan of Snoop, more for his looks than anything else. 😂 I don't judge her too harshly for that though.

These cookies are tasty! They are slightly crunchy but fall apart in your mouth. You most definitely need to eat them with a tall glass of milk though, the peanut butter in them makes you thirsty!

Rolls Royce PB-Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter (softened)
1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1/2 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven 375°F. In small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour mixture until combined. Then stir in chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, place rounded dough about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack. Store for up to 3 days in air tight container.
