Ooey Gooey Eggless Brownies
This all started because I was watching a little Netflix. I love to watch baking shows, The Great British Bake Off is my favorite hands down. They had put a new season up and I was watching the episode and they were making brownies and of course now I was craving a brownie! I go to my kitchen ready to make some awesome brownies and look in my fridge and here I am with no eggs in sight! What was I to do? Well I went to Pinterest to see if I could find a recipe with NO eggs. It was surprisingly super easy to find a recipe. I was a little weary on the recipe because of course it was eggless but it was also butterless... I LOVE butter! I mean who doesn't like butter? So here I am thinking what do I have to lose? A little flour, a couple chocolate chips, my pride? I figured what the heck man! I'll give it a try!
I made up the batter, it was so super easy! Mix the liquids together in a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then combine the two! I got out my hand mixer thinking I'll need it. Nope! It mixed together so easily! Added the chocolate chips because well chocolate. Tin foiled and then greased the foil. Dumped the batter in and baked!
My oven is not very good. I put the brownies in for the suggested time...then I put them in for 10 minutes longer after that I said let's just take them out they have to be done. I let them cool then cut into them. They stuck a little to the tin foil in the middle. I am not 100% sure the middle was done but I wasn't complaining because OMG they were delicious! There was a slight crispness to the outside and the inside was ooey gooey like the title of the recipe! I will be making these again! So delicious!
